Coverly: AI Song Generator is an entertainment application that allows users to: - Paste a YouTube link of a song - Select a celebrity voice or style - Generate an AI-created version of the song in the chosen voice The App is designed for personal enjoyment and non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Any AI-generated content created through the App will be owned by you, the user. - You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload (e.g., YouTube links) or create does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties. - Hamak Games does not claim ownership of your creations but may store and process them for operational purposes. - You agree not to upload or use copyrighted materials unless you have the necessary rights or permissions.
You agree not to use the App to: - Create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content - Misrepresent any person or celebrity in a misleading or harmful manner - Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights - Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
- The App is available only via a paid subscription. - Subscription options include weekly and annual plans, with pricing displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. - Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. - You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. - Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policy.
The App and all generated content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Hamak Games does not guarantee that: - Generated content will be free of errors or legal issues - The App will operate without interruptions or errors
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamak Games will not be liable for: - Any damages resulting from your use of the App - Any claims related to copyright infringement by the content you upload or create
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
